LMI® (Logistics Manager's Index) at 65.5%, an increase of 9.8% from the January/February reading.

The score is a combination of components including inventory levels and costs, warehousing capacity, utilization, and prices, and transportation capacity, utilization, and prices.
The report was issued by researchers at Arizona State University, Rutgers University, Portland State University, University of Nevada, Reno, and Colorado State University in conjunction with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
