She excels in building teams and staffs at all levels, with experience ranging from mid-size to fortune 500 companies. Debby extends her free time to serving not only on CSCMP Roundtable Advisory Committee, she is on the Board of Infant & Toddler Intervention Programs. Debby has been an active member of CSCMP for three years. She has held numerous Roundtable officer positions, including a term as President, and has participated in the Programs Committee. |

Anna Hummel, a 20 year supply chain veteran with A. Duie Pyle, Inc, established Pyle's logistics group known as ADP Logistics. With a headquarters located in West Chester, PA, Anna oversees all Logistic operations from pool distribution to freight bill audit and payment. Anna has been a member of CSCMP for over 10 years and has been an acknowledged speaker at numerous CSCMP conferences and seminars. Anna has been actively involved in different CSCMP committees; she currently holds the position as SWAT chairman for the Roundtable Advisory Committee. |
John Kent |
John Kent, Associate Professor Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Missouri State University in Springfield, MO, has been in academics for the past 10 years and prior to that worked in the trucking, rail intermodal, and ocean containership industries for 10 years. He has served on the St. Louis and Ozark Roundtable Boards and received CSCMP's Doctoral Dissertation Award in 1997. John received his Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee and has been published in the Journal of Business Logistics. |

Cynthia Miller, Program Manager for Chainalytics’ Model-Based Benchmarking Consortium, has over ten years of experience in supply chain and logistics strategy, 3rd party outsourcing, and information technology. Concurrent with her work for Chainalytics, Cynthia is the Managing Director of Cielem’el, a strategic consulting firm specializing in competitive strategy, supply chain and operations management, and information systems for startup firms. Cynthia also teaches graduate level Business Intelligence at Golden Gate University in Sacramento, California, and is completing her dissertation research in business strategy and supply chain outsourcing.
Prior to founding Cielem’el in 2003, Cynthia spent four and a half years with Arzoon, as the Director of Solutions Consulting and the Director of Product Management. Cynthia has been actively involved in CSCMP for over ten years, having served in every roundtable board position.
