Robert B. Silverman, vice president, IT business systems for Tommy Hilfiger USA, Inc., oversees the development and support of information technology systems that support product design, supply chain operations, and finance at Tommy Hilfiger USA, one of the worlds' most recognized fashion apparel brands. Prior to joining Hilfiger, Mr. Silverman was president of Gross & Associates, a logistics consulting firm headquartered in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Gross specializes in areas such as supply chain network optimization, distribution center sizing and design, operations improvement, and computer simulation modeling. At Gross & Associates, he directed hundreds of consulting assignments in Europe, Asia, and South America, as well as throughout North America.

Keith Turner
Vice President Marketing and Sales, Alcoa World Alumina
Alcoa, Inc.
Keith Turner is vice president marketing and sales for Alcoa World Alumina. He is responsible for managing global commercial activities related to bauxite, smelter and non-metallurgical grade alumina, and aluminum powder. He is also responsible for bulk transportation as president of Alcoa Steamship. In his previous role at Alcoa, he was general manager alumina and bauxite sales for Alcoa World Alumina. Prior to that, he was vice president, logistics and transportation for Alcoa with accountability for transportation sourcing and contracting, logistics solutions, international transportation, trade compliance, and freight payment. He also led the North American Logistics Lead Team, comprised of the top logistics professionals in the business units. He earned a BS degree in commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He was president of CSCMP’s Central Virginia Roundtable and a member of CSCMP’s Roundtable Advisory Committee.

Dr. Nancy W. Nix is the executive director of the EMBA Program and associate professor of supply chain practice at the MJ Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University (TCU). She teaches global supply chain management, supply chain information technology, and supply chain strategy courses at TCU, where she has received MBA Faculty Awards for teaching and innovation in curriculum development. She has 15 years of management experience with the DuPont Company, with progressive managerial responsibilities in operations, logistics, procurement, contract management, and customer service.

Rick Jackson is executive vice president, Limited Logistics Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Limited Brands, Inc. In this role, he provides strategic direction and leadership for international and domestic logistics, transportation, distribution center operations, and supply chain technical services. Prior to this, he served two years as COO of Victoria’s Secret Direct after leading distribution center and transportation operations for eight years at Limited Logistics Services. Before joining Limited Brands, he spent more than 18 years at Kraft/Nabisco in a variety of sales, manufacturing, and logistics positions.
