• Academic/Educator:  $450 X 19% VAT = $535.50 US
• Student:  $200 X 19% VAT = $238.00 US
  (You must be a full-time faculty member to qualify for the Academic Registration Fee. To qualify for the Student Registration Fee, you must be a full-time student enrolled in a full-time program. All registrations are subject to review).
• Europe Research Seminar (ERS) Registration Only:  $200 X 19% VAT = $238.00 US

The registration fee for the European Research Seminar gives you access on 23 April 2012 only. You are unable to attend other European conference events. Online registration is not available for this category.

Important Information
Payment must accompany your registration form.  All registration fees are charged in US Dollars.

Note on VAT:
• If you represent a company located outside Germany, you will be charged an additional 19% Germany VAT.
• If you represent a company that is located in Germany and can present a valid Germany value-added tax (VAT) number and if you qualify, you will not be charged Germany VAT.
• Germany VAT is not added to membership fees.

Cancellation Policy: Conference registration may be cancelled through Friday, 23 March, 2012, subject to a $200 US processing fee. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations received after this date. All no-shows are charged the full amount. All cancellations must be received in writing—mail, fax, or e-mail is acceptable. CSCMP membership fees are never refunded.
