The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals presents the Senior Executive Institute (SEI). SEI consists of an integrated series of five intense seminars, each targeting a fundamental executive leadership skill:
All are focused on implementation…building and/or strengthening these skills in your own life and in your organization.
Change happens
You can shape your own future or be shaped by it. The institute provides a structure for you to develop and strengthen these skills in yourself and embed them into your organization in a logical, systematic, and measureable way. The goal of the institute is to make lasting, positive constructive change a fundamental part of your organization’s daily life.
Who should attend?
The SEI is for energetic and experienced executives who want to gain the greatest possible benefit from the energy, knowledge, skills, and creativity of every stakeholder, and immunize their organizations from the latest business fads. To do this, executives must change the way they think about their organizations and work. We aren’t interested in changing what they think; we’re interested in changing HOW they think.
Schedule
We can’t change how experienced executives think in a three-hour workshop or even in a three-day workshop—so we’ve scheduled five three- to four-day workshops spread over 16 months. During these workshops, we will provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach their employees how to contribute to the success of their organizations and become fully engaged in future development.
