- Payment must accompany your registration form.
- Advance registrations must be received five (5) business days prior to the scheduled workshop.
- We must receive your written cancellation notice by 4:00 pm Central Time five (5) business days prior. If received after such time, you forfeit the entire registration rate.
- All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 US processing fee.
