OBJECTIVES

A comprehensive first-level introduction to supply chain management for those new to the field, managers suddenly responsible for the entire supply chain, and experienced specialists who want to know more about the end to end. Discover 13 links in the supply chain, including core concepts and how they fit together in this two-day interactive workshop featuring current team-case solutions and content.

You will:

• Define the supply chain and its significant impact on all aspects of business while gaining an understanding of all its components.
• Learn time and money-saving techniques from supply chain veterans who can honestly say they’ve “been there, done that.”
• Network and learn from others’ experiences and participate in group discussions that foster real-life scenarios.

This workshop qualifies as a module replacement for the ASTL Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CTL). Upon completion, CSCMP will issue a Certificate of Completion to a participant which is required in order to receive the waiver from ASTL.
