Joe Gallick serves as senior vice president of sales for Penske Logistics, a position he has held since 1999. He is responsible for the strategic direction and business development of a $2.8 billion international business spanning North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Gallick joined Penske in 1988 as area sales manager for the metro New York region of Penske Truck Leasing. In 1996, he was named vice president of national accounts with responsibility for the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Penske, Gallick served as sales manager of the New York region at Gelco Truck Leasing for 10 years.
Rick J. Jackson

Rick Jackson is Executive Vice President, Mast Global Logistics, a subsidiary of Limited Brands, Inc. Rick provides strategic direction and leadership for international and domestic logistics, transportation, distribution center operations, and supply chain technical services. Rick joined Limited Brands in 1998, and preceding his current appointment, spent 2 years as COO of Victoria’s Secret Direct after leading distribution center and transportation operations for 8 years. Prior to joining Limited Brands, Rick spent more than 18 years at Kraft/Nabisco in sales, manufacturing, and logistics leading to his role as Vice President of Supply Chain. In addition, Rick spent 4 years in the third party logistics community and has held a variety of roles on the Board of Directors for the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

Ronald Marotta is the Vice President of Yusen Logistics (Americas) Inc., International Division, an NYK Group Company, responsible for the Origin Cargo Management Group based in Secaucus, NJ. Mr. Marotta began his career at NYK more than twenty years ago, a time span over which Yusen Logistics has grown their international business over 1,100%, and extended their service reach throughout the globe. Since the fall of 2001, Ron has been involved in various global supply chain security and disaster relief initiatives, including supporting multiple US Government security training activities. In 2005, Mr. Marotta received the highest civilian award from the ICSC, The National Industry Leadership Award, for global supply chain security management.

Rick Sather is Vice President—Customer Supply Chain for North America Consumer Products. In this role Rick is responsible for Customer Service, Distribution Operations, Supply Chain Analysis, and Customer Supply Chain Strategy. Rick joined Kimberly-Clark in 1985 and he has held a variety of supply chain positions in distribution, planning, manufacturing and supply chain leadership.

Rich Thompson is a Managing Director and leads the global Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions consulting team for Jones Lang LaSalle. Rich is a recognized supply chain veteran with over 20 years of combined consulting and industry experience. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Rich was a Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer with Schreiber Foods, a $4 billion global food company, and a Partner in the global supply chain consulting practice at Ernst & Young.
Rich has been an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) since 1989, the Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for DC Velocity magazine. Rich was selected as one of DC Velocity's annual “Rainmakers” in 2010, recognizing his “lasting contributions to the supply chain management profession”. He has served as a consultant for over 100 corporations across the world.

Roz has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation and logistics fields. She is a Senior Business Analyst with Delcan’s Infrastructure National Business in Vienna, Virginia and authors the 22-year-old Annual State of Logistics Report®, a widely used analysis of the supply chain industry, published by the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and presented by Penske Logistics.
Prior to joining Delcan, she spent six years with an information technology security firm in the defense and intelligence market spaces and, in 2006, co-authored Securing Global Transportation Networks—a supply chain security reference and college textbook. Roz is also the president of R. Wilson, Inc., a supply chain consulting firm in operation since 1996. Roz was also a senior consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton's transportation group and a director at the Eno Transportation Foundation—managing several of the Foundation's major programs and publications, serving as the Administrative Director for the Council of University Transportation Centers, and also helping establish and direct the activities of the Eno Center for Transportation Leadership Development. Roz served in various capacities for over 11 years at the Association of American Railroads (AAR), and was a transportation analyst at the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics. Rosalyn has written for and served as editor for many publications.
