The current environment has impacted every business, with tremendous levels of anxiety, uncertainty, and fear. Remote work has physically distanced countless people. Unfortunately, it has also socially distanced our relationships and the feeling of isolation has become the unfortunate norm. No amount of zoom meetings is the same as working with someone in person. In such an environment, burnout is just around the corner. This introductory workshop helps Supply Chain Professionals and organizations understand the impacts of burnout from a psychological perspective. It provides individuals with tools to identify the onset of burnout within themselves and their team. Integrating Emotional intelligence into the toolset, the course offers numerous practical ways to alleviate burnout for themselves and their team/organization.
