Beyond planes, trains, and automobiles, the Supply Chain in North Carolina is a dynamic collection of industries making significant contributions to both the state’s economy and world-class quality of life. A new analysis and report released by researchers at NC State University’s Supply Chain Resource Cooperative and MHI provides detailed perspective on the importance of the Supply Chain in North Carolina. Authors and researchers will share key findings from the report, address important trends in the Supply Chain and broader economy, and discuss their implications for the economic future of North Carolina. In addition, researchers will provide insight into an innovative impact analysis and research architecture created specifically for this report that allows other states or regions to better capture and understand the impact of their own supply chain.
