Join us for this interactive session presented by John Liuzzi, National Director, Business Continuity, Southern Wine and Spirits of America. When it comes to business interruptions, it is not a matter of if, but rather a matter of when, where, how, and to what severity. No adage has ever been truer: failing to plan is planning to fail. Over the past decade the frequent and seemingly endless occurrences of natural and man-made disasters, industrial accidents, information security breaches, geo-political struggles, pandemics, incidents of workplace violence and, terrorist attacks have compelled organizations around the world to adopt more a rigorous and proactive approach to Business Continuity planning. What is Business Continuity? How do you develop an effective Business Continuity Program for a supply chain organization? With the complexity and diversity of today’s business environment, building and maintaining an effective Business Continuity Program is more challenging than ever for any organization no matter how big or small. The most admired and successful companies in the world recognize that in order to be world-class in delivering business results, you need to be world-class in Business Continuity. This session presents easy to understand principles, concepts, techniques, and best practices that have stood the test of time, as well as featuring practical suggestions on how to enhance organizational resiliency and achieve world-class Business Continuity results.
