On Wednesday December 9th the Lehigh Valley Roundtable of CSCMP will host an afternoon tour of the PPL Center, a state of the art multi-purpose arena in center city Allentown. The venue is home to LV Phantoms Hockey, LV Steelhawks Indoor Football, and supports over 140 other events annually offering something for everyone. You will hear from the PPL Center employees that make it happen and see areas behind the scenes that are usually off limits to fans. This tour will take us from the docks to the stock rooms to the food service and hospitality areas that must be considered when supporting any activity in the facility. There is so much more that goes on behind its walls then the game you watch or the show you see. Although focused from the behind the scenes business aspects we will not miss the opportunity to see the locker rooms, press boxes and other important areas of the facility as well. This is great opportunity to let the big kid in you come out during business hours. Speaking of kids if you want to bring you children for the tour please let me know. Feel free to buy tickets for and bring the family and friends for the event. Discounted Game tickets will be available for early purchase at $20 each.
