Ever wonder how Amazon gets your packages to you so quickly? Come see the magic.
Tour our local Illinois fulfillment center in Monee and see first-hand how Amazon delivers to you.

Event Overview:

Exclusive to CSCMP members, this private tour experience unique to CSCMP offers an inside look behind the processes within the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Monee, IL.

Due to the nature of the tour, capacity is extremely limited and no walk-ins will be accepted.
The MDW7 Fulfillment Center is 850,000 square feet and handles small and medium sized items.

You will follow the entire process from receipt through shipping, including the famed Amazon robots transporting product towers for placement and picking and the miles of conveyor transporting boxes to their final transportation.

Accessibility Details:

This is a walking tour with stairs in a warehouse environment. Closed toed and closed heeled shoes are required. If you need other accommodations, please email the event contact with details. Loose hair should be tied up above the shoulders and loose clothing should be avoided. Participants will be provided headsets to hear the tour guide.

All Fulfillment Center tours at Amazon are provided free of charge; no funds are collected by Amazon.

All funds collected will support the CSCMP Chicago Roundtable mission of “To lead the supply chain profession by connecting, developing, and educating the world’s logistics and supply chain management professionals throughout their careers"

Capacity is limited. Due to Amazon security policies, NO WALK INS will be accepted. Photo ID is required. Registration will close August 31.

Transportation & Parking:

Parking is limited, carpooling is recommended. Parking and other event logistics will be provided via email the week of the event.

Cancellation Policy:

All purchases are final. Registrations may be substituted up to seven days prior to the purchased event for another colleague or contact by contacting CSCMP Membership Services at +1 630-574-0985. The CSCMP Chicago Roundtable reserves the right to modify speakers, topics or venues at our full discretion. In the event that an event is cancelled, an exchange will be provided or a refund will be offered within seven business days.
