This report presents the findings from the 18th annual survey of Career Patterns of Women in Logistics conducted by The Ohio State University. The purpose of the study was to collect information about CSCMP's female logistics executive members. Specifically, we sought to obtain insight into the following: Demographic and work environment profiles, career patterns, perspectives and attitudes, what role mentoring has played in her development, and how companies attract, retain, and promote top supply chain talent. These questions are addressed following a brief explanation of the methodology of the study. CODE-WOMEN
