Courtney has spent her career immersed in the e-commerce world; she thrives on diving into data, solving problems, and keeping up-to-date with the ever-evolving digital world. Chelsea Howard Manager, Operations Support, Celtic International Chelsea Howard is the Manager of Operations Support at Celtic International LLC where she leads process improvement projects across all departments from system enhancement rollouts to productivity analysis, and most recently building out the organization’s Training & Development programs. Chelsea started her management career leading a small Sales Support team at Yusen Logistics (Americas). Through process management and streamlining, she evolved the team into a Process Improvement Department and soon thereafter the team was built out to an internal solutions group. Over the past 6 years, Chelsea has also sat on CSCMP’s YP Committee, currently serving as the EDGE Conference subcommittee co-chair. Chris Soloway Manager, Solutions and Strategy, XPO Logistics At XPO Logistics, Chris leads a team responsible for formulating and executing key strategic initiatives for the company’s contract logistics business. His responsibilities include developing functional and go-to-market strategies, partnership and alliance expansion, competitive intelligence gathering, and new product development. Chris is a member of the CSCMP Young Professionals Committee.
