Tadina Ross Managing Director, Surge Transportation Tadina Ross is the Managing Director at Surge Transportation a transportation brokerage helping Fortune 500 shippers including Kraft, Heinz, Anheuser-Busch, and Mondelez International that she has helped manage from it’s inception 2016. She brings experience in marketing from her work with American Airlines. Before transitioning into the transportation industry Tadina was the 2014 DC area teacher of the year after serving seven years as a public school teacher in Washington, DC where she was placed as a part of the Teach for America program. She holds a MBA from Georgetown University, MA from American University, and BA from Duke University. Lani Van Gerve Consultant, iPlan Global Lani holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Pretoria.
