Join your Atlanta Roundtable for a tour of US Cold Storage's warehouse in McDonough, GA. Learn how they’re using automation to manage labor challenges and improve productivity and customer service.   We will discuss challenges to automating facilities such as capital investment and lead times for equipment, skill level of associates, and training requirements.  Also, how AI could change warehouse operations and unique challenges for cold storage to meet customers’ sustainability requirements. Lunch will be provided. **Attendees should wear a warm coat and thick rubber soled shoes as we will be touring within a freezer environment. **
