Panelist Bio:
Michael Irvine
Division Director Ajilon
Mike Irvine started working with Ajilon in June of 2016. Mike joined the company when Ajilon was beginning their venture into the Supply Chain and Logistics niche and has since seen the group grow to one of the area’s leading staffing firms. He was one of the first colleagues in the Ajilon Mentorship Program that focuses on training new Executive Recruiters and is on the Supply Chain Operations Roundtable (SCOR) training committee. From 2017-2018 he grew his client base by 200% with focusing on the Supply Chain and Logistics vertical leading to multiple promotions over the years, currently sitting as the Division Director of Ajilon Search. Mike has been a member of CSCMP for the past 4 years and has attended over 30 events since 2016 including the EDGE conference in 2019.
Susie Bodnar
Director of Operations and Client Strategy at FourKites, Inc.
Susie Bodnar is currently Director of Operations and Client Strategy at FourKites, Inc. responsible for operationalizing and leading a team empowered to design, execute and scale Lane Connect/Network Visibility, a new business line within FourKites, working directly with carriers, shippers, and 3PLs to drive change.
Susie came to FourKites from MCA where she consulted on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP system Implementations to include organizational leadership alignment, change management readiness services, and supply chain operational excellence. Prior to that, she was Corporate Manager for the Retail Support Group of Ace Hardware Corporation. Through her change management efforts and through leading the Retail Support Continuous Improvement Program, she increased collaboration across Ace Hardware’s 16 distribution centers (RSCs).
Susie started her supply chain career at LeanCor, a 3rd party Logistics Operations, Consulting, and Training provider concentrating on implementing lean in the supply chain; as well as Schenker, an international freight forwarder.
To live her value of lifelong learning, Susie was an Adjunct Lecturer of Supply Chain Management at the California State University Fresno Executive MBA Program 2014-2018. Previously she taught Supply Chain and Logistics at the University of Kentucky MBA Program, St. Louis University, Center for Supply Chain Management Studies, UC Berkeley, and for the Lean Enterprise Institute.
Susie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Avans University, Breda - the Netherlands, a Bachelor of Science in Business from Budapest Business School, Hungary, and a Master’s degree in International Business and Economics from the Andrassy German University of Budapest, Hungary. Susie speaks four different languages (Hungarian, English, German, Dutch) and has worked in both the US as well as Europe.
Susie is ProSci certified for Change Management, SCPro One Certified (CSCMP) as well as a Certified Lean Supply Chain Professional and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LeanCor).
Susie is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and has held various leadership positions on the Cincinnati and San Francisco roundtable executive boards before joining the Chicago Roundtable as VP of Programs. Susie is Conference Chair on the Board of Directors for the EDGE conference 2019 in Anaheim, CA. Susie was born and raised in Miskolc, Hungary, and moved to the USA in 2005. Susie now lives in Chicago, IL.
