In a Supply Chain Management Review survey of 298 supply chain professionals from November - December 2020, 59% of surveyed organizations reported having some form of objective to improve any dimension of DEI - race/ethnicity, gender, LGBTQIA+, physical and cognitive ability, veteran status or age - but only 23% of those organizations listed having formal targets or goals included in management scorecards.

Our expert panel will share their strategies and successes building and working with diverse teams; discuss actionable steps for developing, implementing and evolving a sustainable DEI strategy; and highlight the positive impact a sound DEI strategy can have on corporate culture, business success, and ultimately the bottom line.
