Join our CSCMP New England roundtable discussion with The Shippers Group (3PL warehousing company) as they walk through their practical adoption of Lean Principles and Tools within the company. The Shippers Group (TSG) Operational Excellence team together with Independent Lean Supply Chain Consultant, Susie Bodnar, will be presenting how a Lean culture has been created in a warehousing environment. They will showcase how Lean is just not for manufacturing and how it continues to impact TSG’s bottom-line resulting in ~$10K savings/day! Come learn about TSG’s adoption of: daily PDCA calls, visual management, 5S, dashboards, Project funnel systems etc. and the Lean culture it created.  Joining us will be: Rob Doyle, President, The Shippers Group; Alex Whiteley, Industrial Engineer, The Shippers Group; and Susie Bodnar, Independent Lean Supply Chain Consultant.
