Have you ever wondered how Disneyland kept the magic alive in their theme parks during and after the pandemic? By attending our second Sourcing the Magic event, you will find the magic is found within a passionate team of individuals that literally make it happen. Join us to experience an open panel discussion around Disney's procurement team surrounding the following topics: Food & Beverage Supply Chain - daily replenishment & dealing with perishables during the current supply chain issues. MRO & Paper Goods Supply Chain - adjusting to peak seasons and Disney's philosophy on managing intermittent demand during these difficult times. Construction - how the limited space effects procurement Agenda: 1:00-2:00pm: Tour participants arrive and park at Downtown Disney. Security will check them in and Shuttles will transport to Disney Auditorium. 2:00-2:30pm: CSCMP Check in at the Disney Auditorium Courtyard 2:30-2:45pm: Event Welcome and Introduction to Panelists 2:45-4:30pm: Panel Discussion / Q&A 4:30-5:00pm: Shuttle back to Downtown Disney Parking Area 5:00-7:00pm: Networking at Splitsville at Downtown Disney
