CSCMP SCPro™ Certification

The role of today's supply chain management professional has evolved dramatically over the past few decades. Where professionals used to be skilled in just one area, such as procurement or manufacturing, the modern supply chain professional is required to have multi-disciplinary expertise, demonstrable and quantifiable success, and preferably continuous study of the field.

The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) offers state-of-the-art training and certification programs that provide knowledge, best practices, and credentials to help professionals make impactful changes in their careers and organizations.

CSCMP certifications and training are unique in the supply chain association space in that we are all-inclusive, representing the end-to-end supply chain, which means our training and development includes all verticals from sourcing to customer service, and are applicable to all industries and business types. The curriculum is suitable for a range of professionals working in the industry.

The SCPro™ Certification program is a tiered program starting with entry-level certifications to master the fundamentals of supply chain management, and progressing into a tiered, professional-level program that assesses progressive knowledge and skills across integrated supply chain activities.

Leveraged for career growth, SCPro™ is the only certification that requires knowledge of the eight learning blocks that comprise the end-to-end supply chain, as defined by CSCMP.  This process validates an individual’s ability to strategically assess business challenges and effectively implement supply chain improvements through the analysis of real-world case studies and developing a comprehensive project plan to achieve results such as a positive ROI.

Developed in partnership with supply chain experts and academics, the SCPro™ Certification program is recognized by both companies and educational institutions as the most comprehensive certification available in the industry.

  • Research shows that the most highly compensated supply chain and logistics managers are those with the best formal educations.
  • Logistics managers who remain with one employer long-term continue to make more money over their careers.
  • Leveraged for career growth, SCPro™ is the only industry certification that requires knowledge of the eight learning blocks that comprise the end-to-end supply chain.
  • SCPro™ Certificants demonstrate a skill set beyond the ability to study and repeat information.
  • No other program provides the depth and breadth of content and materials you need for a serious certification.

Please note: Specific eligibility requirements for each level must be fully met before a candidate can complete the exam. Certificants are required to fully meet certification renewal requirements every two years to maintain their certification. A lost certification can only be regained by retesting and receiving a passing score on the certification exam.
