REMINDERS:
As we move forward, stronger than ever, it’s important that we hit the reset button on current policies in addition to new policies not currently in the policy guidebook. It is important to note these changes and ensure your board is aware:

  • Roundtable Dashboards--Your first stop to obtain answers to your questions should always be your Roundtable Dashboard. You will notice we have made several improvements to these forms and we will continue to make changes to simplify your volunteer contributions.
  • REPORTS
    • EVENT REPORTS – Event name, date, Registrants, Revenue, Discounts, Max Capacity, Discounts used, and Cancelations.
    • ROUNDTABLE MEMBERS – a list of CSCMP members and nonmembers in your RT Region.
    • RT PRODUCT SALES – this is a list of Products/Sponsorships which have been sold
  • SUBMIT AN EVENT REQUEST
    • Use this form to submit NEW Event Requests
    • Be sure to evaluate your pricing carefully. Moving forward, I will be altering pricing, so it fits the 50%/50%/75% model. For example, Member pricing should be 50% less than nonmember pricing, Young Professionals should be 25% less than members and students should be the lowest price of 25% below Young Professional pricing.
    • Showing value to your members by having at least a 50% difference from nonmembers will keep them coming back for more and also incentivize nonmembers to join.
    • All events requests will be processed in 72 hours from the date it is requested. Event requests submitted on Friday by 9am CST will be processed by Wednesday 9am CST.
    • All roundtables must give their events a minimum of 4-6 weeks promotional lead time; event requests should be approved ahead of time for ample promotional periods and higher event success rates.
    • Virtual events must accompany an event link otherwise the request is incomplete and feeds into your promotional time.
  • REQUEST A SPONSORSHIP
    • Use this form to request we set up a sponsorship for purchase.
  • PAST EVENTS (ARCHIVE)
    • Here you can review your past events and click into each event's Dashboard.
  • SUBMIT COUPON REQUEST
    • This form should be used when you need a coupon for sponsor deliverable fulfillment. We recommend you use these sparingly.
  • UPDATE/CHANGES to EVENTS
    • This form should be used to request changes to your already posted events. We ask that you be as specific as possible. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to drop a note to the [email protected] email.
  • ISSUE REQUEST FORM
    • Use this form to report issues with event registrations or sponsorship products.
  • RT RESOURCES
    • This is probably the most important link in the Dashboard. Over the years the Roundtable team has curated policies, procedures, how to’s, job descriptions, etc. BEST PRACTICE – review these policies and procedures at least 2 times per year. As updates are made to these resources, we will be sure to notify you.
  • COMMITTEE MEMBERS
    • You can review your current list of board members. Please notify us of any changes as quickly as possible.
  • REFUND REQUESTS
  • EVENT REGISTRATION FORM
  • Scholarships must be approved and ran through CSCMP Talent Center (501c3).  Please email [email protected]  for instructions.

Policies & Role Descriptions

These resources are only available to CSCMP members listed on the Roundtable board roster and cannot be shared outside of CSCMP. A folder can be created for your roundtable as a central location to share documents-please send an email to [email protected] to request one.
